How did you get into the tanning industry?
In 1987, I was working for a company located next door to a salon. Over a two-year period, I watched people going in and out of the salon all day long, and I became friends with the owner. When she got engaged to marry a man out of state and wanted to move, I bought her salon. Twenty-seven years later, here I am!
What is the best thing about your job?
Some of the people I’ve met along the way have become lifelong friends.
What do you do in your spare time?
I love spending time with my wife Angela and our family – I am very blessed in that department. We enjoy sports, camping, and just hanging out together.
Do you have a “pet peeve?”
I got over pet peeves years ago.
What’s your favorite food?
Pizza, of course.
What’s your favorite TV show?
“American Pickers”
What’s at the top of your “Bucket List?”
Well, I have already been sky diving; so, I guess a trip across America in an RV is now at the top.
