1. How did you get into the tanning industry?

I was thrilled to learn from a friend that New Sunshine was headquartered in Indianapolis, where I live. I’ve been in new product development since graduating with my marketing degree and love all things beauty, so I feel lucky to have found a career where my skills meet my passion!

2. What do you like most about your job?

I love creating new concepts that incorporate the latest trends in beauty and skincare, but I also love the people! It takes a village to bring my ideas to life, so I enjoy collaborating with and learning from my talented co-workers in various departments.

3. What’s your favorite family recipe?

My family and I just call it “Chocolate” – it’s a southern breakfast dish of chocolate gravy and biscuits. Most people where I live have never heard of it, but once they try it … they’re hooked.

4. What’s the most daring thing you’ve ever done?

White-water rafting and parasailing are at the top of that list.

5. Necessities aside, what one thing could you not go a day without?

Without a doubt, my sweet pup, Ollie. He makes every day better!

6. If you could live anywhere, where would it be?

I was born in Nashville, TN but moved away at a really young age. I’ve always thought it would be cool to move back there and explore my southern roots.
